Dale Farm, part of the United Dairy Farmers Group, operates 5 large dairy product manufacturing sites in the UK & Ireland and operates in 45 countries. It needed in improve picking rates and traceability via hand-held terminals in its central distribution centre. We employed In-DEX WMS Warehouse Management Software and  In-DEX WMS Voice middleware, which seamlessly integrated with the company’s existing Microsoft NAV and warehouse scanner software ultimately reducing OpEx and improving ROI.
