Managing Director Peter founded the company in 1993 and is the original product developer. Peter provides valuable technology knowledge and support and is responsible for driving business growth, maintaining the high levels of customer service enjoyed by our cross-industry sector clients.
Joe is our Sales Director, having joined the business in 2004 as Sales Manager. Joe applies a wealth of cross-industry, Warehouse Management technology expertise driving the business forward via new client acquisition and hands-on client relationship management.
Jacky joined the business in 1993, has overseen 150+ installations, and co-ordinates all aspects of customer support. Previously, Jacky was IT Manager then Warehouse Manager at a leading 3PL business where she managed the delivery of a new Warehouse Management System.
Bill has been our Chief Technology Officer since 2003. Bill oversees the strategic development of our In-DEX product suite and, with his team, is responsible for keeping track of client needs and emerging technologies to ensure our innovative solutions remain cutting-edge.
Mark is our Product & Quality Control Manager ensuring successful software deployment across all client rollouts. He ensures clients always use the latest software release level to maximise operational efficiencies and that our software is fully tested & quality controlled prior to release.
Rob is Head of Marketing and manages all aspects of communications. Rob's expertise includes marketing, product marketing and business development via starts-ups, SMEs and global technology brands including Cisco,Nortel and Motorola.
