Any computer equipment deployed such as hand-held terminals (HHD’s), printers, voice units, RFID tags and similar must be intrinsically safe. Flammable or combustible products need separation demanding sophisticated system directed putaway instructions to guarantee compliance.
 
Some products can be temperature sensitive ambient, chill and frozen. Liquid chemicals, as well as requiring strict batch control, may need sampling and dip tubing – and this must be carried out to ensure no product mix-ups that could compromise quality and purity.
