WMS to ERP, internal and 3rd-party systems integration

Not only do we need to interface with our customers’ internal systems, in most situations we must also interface with a wide number of their client’s onward systems, bi-directionally.

Modern systems, perhaps around 20 years old, may have a standard API which will often include specifications for routines, data structures, object classes, variables, or for remote calls to enable interfacing. Older legacy systems might only facilitate file-transfer, which also works successfully.
