Wm. Morrison plc serves 9m UK customers weekly in 497 stores and via its its online delivery service. Due to high pre-Christmas volume in its 105,000 sq.ft Winsford, Cheshire meat processing plant, and at short notice, it needed to set-up an alternative chilled warehouse operation.
