Hello
I would like to assure our customers, suppliers and partners that we are following all the necessary public health guidelines in relation to Coronavirus (COVID-19) and we are committed to keeping the health of our employees, customers suppliers and partners as a priority.

Home Working
Given the nature of our work, a majority of our staff already do, on a regular, basis work from home. We have a private IP phone system which has been extended to all employees’ homes. This means that by continuing to dial our main phone numbers listed below, we can answer and transfer calls in the normal manner direct to employees’ home-based extensions. All employees have internet access and can connect to customer, supplier and partner sites in the usual manner. While employees will be working remotely both in Dublin and in the UK, we expect no noticeable change to phones and remote connections.

Contact
Normal working hours apply, as does 24 x 7 support for those with such contracts and it will be business as usual:
Contact in Ireland: +353 (0)1 683 3333
Contact in the UK: +44 (0)121 368 0057
Email: [email protected]

Onsite Meetings
We are in daily contact with our suppliers, partners and customers and, as I write, it is business as usual. However, we are aware that this is an evolving situation so we will keep you informed of any changes.
Our staff have been briefed on the Coronavirus (symptoms, hand hygiene, self-isolation, etc.) and we have ceased all travel to high-risk regions for training, installations, trade shows, etc. We are closely monitoring updates from relevant government departments. For existing installations, we will endeavour to perform as many tasks as possible remotely (e.g.: software uploads, conference calls, etc.) and we will only consider travel to sites when this is absolutely required and with pre-agreement.

Cleaning of Equipment
Our partner Zebra has supplied us with a useful guide on how their products should be cleaned in order to best protect the front-line workers using them in warehouses, DC’s etc. You can read it here.
While there should be no noticeable difference in service please bear with us during this challenging time.
