ProSCM enterprise-level Supply Chain Management Software combines the functionality of ProERP Enterprise Resource Planning Software and ProWMS Advanced Warehouse Management Software. ProSCM is a bespoke and highly configurable logistics solution providing end-to-end purchase order receipting, dispatch control and stock management.

ProSCM supports high-volume warehouses and DC’s offering complex handling and value-added services. It provides a complete, supply chain-integrated real-time warehouse solution offering excellent visibility, reporting and traceability.

ProSCM is in-house developed and can be configured for single or multi-depot use in own account, shared user or contract logistics activities. It is designed to help companies maximise operational efficiency in warehouse and logistics operations and offers the key benefits of real time accuracy, operational discipline and improved utilisation of space, labour and equipment.

The technology provides clear, intuitive options to handle warehouse processes including receipt, putaway, picking, despatch, stock management and value-added services. All key operations can be done using PC-based options or in real-time using wireless mobile RF or voice-enabled equipment.

• Receiving & Putaway: Can deal flexibly with all types of receiving activity. From pre-advice and inward booking. It helps the capture and recording of data efficiently to generate immediate putaway movements. Receipt screens and data collection options can be configured to suit specific customers, products and user needs.
• Order Planning & Picking: Enables sales orders to be processed easily and flexibly with a range of options to select, plan and execute picking. For wave, load and bulk order planning the system provides advanced features to give maximum efficiency and control throughout order fulfilment activity.
• Replenishment: Supports multiple replenishment options to meet varied pickface demand and maintain rapid product flow to satisfy orders. All options feature secure flexible procedures to ensure efficient movement and full traceability.
• Stock Management: Full range of stock management facilities ensure safe accurate and error free inventory control when handling adjustment, status change, internal and external transfer, stock cycle count and real-time PI. A flexible charging and invoice module is available for 3PL users.
• Real-time Task Management: Real-time task module enables the use of any wireless device to execute the full range of warehouse tasks. The automated scheduler can be configured to deliver optimum performance from real-time workers with minimal supervision.
• Management Reporting: Provides extensive options for reporting, from detailed, standard stock and performance reports to user-created output with standard reporting tools. Several specialised add-on modules are available including a real-time graphical dashboard display.
• ERP Integration: Built-in integration module provides tools for quick, easy creation of interfaces with other software applications. The module schedules and manages interface messages, provides error diagnostics and a full transmission audit.
• Integrated web-order interface: Enabling customers of 3PLs to place orders directly onto ProSCM potentially removing costly EDI interface development.
