WMS Warehouse & Supply Chain Management software expert Principal Logistics Technologies acquires ERP & WMS solutions specialist Brentech Data Systems

Dublin, Ireland, 13th January 2021. We’ve some exciting news to share. We continue to bolster our growth plans during these challenging times with the acquisition of Dublin-based Brentech Data Systems. We have purchased the entire share capital of Brentech Data Systems which includes its intellectual property rights.

Peter Flanagan, our founder and managing director, commented “I am excited that our longstanding experience in deploying warehouse management software technology into the healthcare supply chain sector, as well as into a range of other sectors, will be increased by this strategic acquisition.
