Managing Director Peter founded the company in 1993 and is the original product developer. He provides valuable technology knowledge and support and is responsible for driving growth across the business, maintaining the high levels of customer service our clients enjoy.
Joe is our Commercial Director having joined Principal Logistics Technologies as Sales Manager in 2004. He applies a wealth of Warehouse Management Solutions experience in developing our business via new client acquisition and client relationship management.
Jacky joined Principal Logistics Technologies in 1993, has overseen more than 150 installations and also co-ordinates all customer support. Prior to joining the company Jacky was a stock controller at a large 3PL business so understands the need for fast issue resolution.
Alan is our Business Intelligence Manager and is responsible for developing and implementing BI applications to the front-end our product suite. This provides our clients with to insightful information and reporting enabling business growth. Alan became a Qlik Business Intelligence solution luminary in 2015.
Bill is our Software Development Manager and joined the company in 2003. Bill oversees the strategic development of our product suite and, with his team, is responsible for keeping track of client needs and emerging technologies to ensure that our industry leading solutions remain cutting edge.
Adrian is our Professional Services Manager responsible for resource allocation ensuring our client projects are delivered on-time and as specified. He manages resourcing for client implementations and rollouts, support request management and project delivery. Adrian’s efforts drive our high levels of client satisfaction.
Mark is our Product & Quality Control Manager ensuring successful software deployment across all client rollouts. He ensures clients always use the latest software release level to maximise operational efficiencies and that our software is fully tested & quality controlled prior to release.
Rob is Head of Marketing and provides messaging to our clients and prospects harnessing multichannel communications. Rob's experience includes providing marketing and business development support services to global technology brands through to SMEs and start-ups.
